Terms and Conditions
Bookings for TheRowanTree are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Provisional bookings received either by phone or email will be held for one week.
Bookings are secured upon written confirmation of the booking and receipt of a deposit equal to the first nights stay within 7 days. Currently we are unable to accept debit/credit cards. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send out a confirmation via email. If you require confirmation via post then please provide a SAE.
In the case of a cancellation, please inform us immediately so we can attempt to re-let the room. If we are able to do this we will return the deposit, less an administration fee of £3.00.
Rooms are generally available for occupation from 2pm onwards. In the unlikely event that your room is not yet ready we will be pleased to look after you luggage for you and put it in your room once it is ready. It would be welcome, and much appreciated, if you could inform us, either by phone or email, of your expected time of arrival at our B&B.
Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
TheRowanTree B&B is a non smoking establishment.
Dogs are only accepted by prior arrangement as limited facilities are available.
The number of people sleeping at the B&B must not exceed the number booked at any time.
